NOTES: According to wikipedia … “San Carlos de Bariloche, usually known as Bariloche, is a city in the province of Río Negro, Argentina, situated in the foothills of the Andes on the southern shores of Nahuel Huapi Lake”. Depicted is a church (I assume) though i’m not sure which one. It isn’t either of the two most famous ones Cathedral of San Carlos de Bariloche or Capilla de San Eduardo. NOTES: Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina and the tango, a dance from Buenos Aires, go hand in hand. Actually the dance originated in Buenos Aires and Montevideo in Uruguay which are on either side of the River Plate about 250 km from each other.

NOTES: A magnificent set of coasters (set of six) from Argentina in leather stitched onto a plastic base. Or is it fake leather?

Who knows but there are a lot of cows in Argentina.

Stamped and painted depictions of Argentine culture complete the picture.

I suspect it’s all machine made but made to look hand crafted. Either way it is pretty good and the base / holder is pretty nifty also.
